Legislature approves fracking regulation bill
The state Legislature approved a bill last week to begin regulating the controversial practice of hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, to extract oil and gas in California.

The state Legislature approved a bill last week to begin regulating the controversial practice of hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, to extract oil and gas in California. The proposed law, which is awaiting Gov.
