Retrial Opens for McKesson Execs
The retrial of two former McKesson Corp. executives accused of securities fraud opened this week and will likely last through November.

In his opening statement Tuesday, first assistant U.S. attorney David L. Anderson told jurors in a criminal securities fraud case against two former McKesson executives that he would ask them to find the two men guilty - marking the second time the government has made such a request since the pair was indicted in 2003.
