District Attorney Reports Possible Lab Errors in San Diego County

San Diego County defense attorneys are being alerted by the district attorney's office about possibly incorrect lab test results connected to some criminal cases.

SAN DIEGO - The San Diego County district attorney's office has alerted local defense attorneys about possible incorrect lab test results connected to some criminal cases.

In a letter sent to the defense bar, Assistant District Attorney Jesse Rodriguez told attorneys that Pacific Toxicology Laboratories "may have experienced some potential testing issues."
