Heller Sues Toilet Seat Maker

A breach of contract suit filed against Brondell Inc. marks the second time the defunct Heller Ehrman has pursued a former client for unpaid fees.

SAN FRANCISCO - Heller Ehrman has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against ex-client Brondell Inc., marking the second time since it filed for bankruptcy that the defunct law firm has pursued a former client for unpaid legal fees.

That lawsuit hit the docket amid a slew of other filings in the case on Thursday, including the firm's monthly operating reports for May through August...
