WASHINGTON - President Barack Obama's first four California judicial nominees cleared the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday, although one faced stiff opposition from Republicans.
The panel approved by voice vote Richard Seeborg for California's Northern District, and Dolly M. Gee and Jacqueline H. Nguyen for California's Central District.
