Partner Victor Hebert represented REMEC Inc. in its $160 million acquisition of Sunnyvale's Spectrian Corp., which designs equipment for wireless network products. San Diego's REMEC designs systems used to transmit voice and data through wireless communications networks. Each Spectrian shareholder will receive $14 per share, which REMEC will pay in both cash and stock.
