Associates and summer interns, including those in Los Angeles in white-collar criminal defense, find that it's never too early to learn the basics of developing and keeping a client base of their own.




At a recent Los Angeles gathering of earnest young white-collar criminal defense attorneys, white-collar bar veteran and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher partner Tom Holliday offered up a piece of rather tongue-in-cheek advice.
