Delgadillo Objects to Enforcing Alien Policy
LOS ANGELES - City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo said Monday that he opposes potential changes to federal immigration policy that would require state and local agencies to enforce immigration laws.
Delgadillo said the changes, proposed by the U.S. Department of Justice, would hamper police efforts to stop a crime wave in immigrant neighborhoods.
