Opening Worldwide Lines of Communication

Traveling the globe to serve his clients, partner Allan Marks recently was in Mexico representing QUALCOMM Inc. in Madrid's Telefnica Mviles acquisition of Pegaso Telecomunicaciones of Mexico City. Pegaso sold 65 percent of its shares for $1.36 billion. San Diego's QAULCOMM, which produces digital wireless communications equipment, is owed $677 million by Pegaso.
