Workers' compensation lawsuit ends after judge says state court has no jurisdiction

A gender bias lawsuit challenging the very nature of how workers' compensation claims are handled by the state has been dismissed after a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge said any court ruling would interfere with the duty of the state's workers' compensation appeals board.
