Plaintiff's firms square up in case over shared former client

The lyrics from a promotional rap song by the plaintiff's firm Layfield & Barrett APC underscored attorney Philip Layfield's ability to do battle in court. Those skills may soon be put to the test as the firm moves forward in a bitter legal battle with another plaintiff's firm.
