Counties apply for grants from Proposition 47

Seeking funds for mental health services, substance use disorder treatment and diversion programs for people in the criminal justice system, agencies from 43 of California's 58 counties have applied for a share of the $35.6 million dollars the in first-year savings from Proposition 47.
