9th Circuit revives mortgage lawsuit against bank

A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel revived a nurse's lawsuit claiming JPMorgan Chase Bank NA foreclosed on the woman's house after misleading her into paying more than $33,000 for mortgage refinancing programs for which she was not eligible.
