Judge dismisses international child labor claims against Nestle

A judge Friday dismissed with prejudice a class action alleging child slaves in Cote D'Ivoire harvested cocoa for Nestle, S.A.,finding inconsistencies in an appellate reversal that sent the case back to him.

A judge has dismissed with prejudice a class action alleging child slaves in Ivory Coast harvested cocoa for Nestle S.A., finding inconsistencies in an appellate reversal that sent the case back to him.
