California League baseball players earned class certification in a case where they are seeking minimum wage and overtime pay, but a San Francisco magistrate judge declined to certify classes in similar minor leagues based in Florida and Arizona.

The players in question are in the lower levels of Major League Baseball's farm system hierarchy.
