Wells Fargo longtime GC to retire, be replaced by Cravath lawyer
After a tumultuous year of litigation, Wells Fargo & Co. announced Monday that its longtime general counsel James Strother is retiring and being replaced by C. Allen Parker. A partner at New York-based Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Parker will begin his new job March 27.
