Judge orders government to give notice of any changes in immigration case

The decision by U.S. District Judge Josephine L. Staton follows a flurry of activity over the weekend in which she granted a temporary restraining order on Saturday that prevented federal authorities from moving the family out of the Central District of California and allowed them access to counsel.
