Chief justice orders study of passing score on bar exam

Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye tells the State Bar it would be prudent to study whether the second highest passing score in the nation is appropriate.

California Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye has directed the State Bar to conduct a "thorough and expedited" study of whether the score required to pass the bar exam is appropriate.
