Facebook, Timelines settle trademark infringement suit

Menlo Park-based social networking company Facebook Inc. has settled a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by Chicago-based Timelines Inc.

Menlo Park-based social networking company Facebook Inc. has settled a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by Chicago-based Timelines Inc. in Illinois federal court.
