Proskauer Rose helps Levi's in 49ers stadium naming deal

Proskauer Rose represented Levi Strauss & Co. in the apparel giant's 20-year $220 million deal to name the new San Francisco 49ers stadium "Levi's Stadium."

Proskauer Rose LLP represented Levi Strauss & Co. in the apparel giant's 20-year $220 million deal to name the new San Francisco 49ers stadium "Levi's Stadium."


The Santa Clara Stadium Authority owns and operates the new stadium, which is set to open in time for the start of the 2014 NFL season. The deal also gives Levi Strauss the option of an additional five years for roughly $75 million.
