Farm worker alleges retaliation in suit

Central Valley dairy farm worker Jose A. Arias sued the owners of Angelo Dairy and their lawyer Wednesday, claiming attorney Anthony Raimondo's report to ICE was retaliation for Arias' wage-and-hour lawsuit.

A Central Valley dairy farm worker sued his employers and their lawyer for retaliation Wednesday, claiming attorney Anthony Raimondo reported him to Immigration and Customs Enforcement after he filed an earlier suit against the employer for unpaid wages.
