San Francisco litigator Allan J. Joseph died Tuesday morning after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 75. Joseph began private practice work at San Francisco firm Petitt & Martin in 1965 and would go on to become a specialist in government contract disputes. In 1981, Joseph helped launch the litigation boutique now known as Rogers Joseph O'Donnell PC, where he spent the remainder of his career.
