I find it surprising that some have claimed that the state Supreme Court's decision in Sargon Enterprises, Inc. v. USC, 55 Cal. 4th 747 (2012), adopted Daubert in California and rejected Roberti v. Andy's Termite and Pest Control, 113 Cal. App. 4th 893 (2003). Neither of these things has occurred.
