Latham, Sullivan aid $1.1 billion Bayer buy

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Mountain View-based Conceptus Inc. in its $1.1 billion sale to a subsidiary of global health care giant Bayer AG, a deal announced Monday.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Mountain View-based Conceptus Inc. in its $1.1 billion sale to a subsidiary of global health care giant Bayer AG, a deal announced Monday.


Conceptus' main product, Essure, is a surgery-free method of permanent birth control.
