Creditor's bid to get share of San Francisco attorney's award dismissed

SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge on Thursday dismissed a creditor's bid to nab more than $28 million that it claims San Francisco-based plaintiffs' attorney Joseph M. Alioto and his firm owe in unpaid debt.
