Longtime Fenwick & West chairman to step down

Fenwick & West LLP elected Mountain View-based corporate practice group chair Richard L. Dickson to replace longtime firm chairman Gordon K. Davidson, the firm announced Thursday.

Fenwick & West LLP elected Mountain View-based corporate practice group chair Richard L. Dickson to replace longtime firm chairman Gordon K. Davidson, the firm announced Thursday.

Dickson will assume the role Jan. 1.
