State Cash Crunch Halts Work on Courthouse
Construction has now stopped on the new $26.5 million courthouse for the 4th District Court of Appeal, Division Three. The project is about 75 percent done and needs another $6 million for completion, according to project manager Clifford Hamm, the state judicial system's principal architect.
