Milberg Weiss: DAVIS HOLDS UP PAYMENTS TO FIRMS FOR ARBITRATION

Gov. Gray Davis is holding up $88.5 million in legal fees JAMS says the state owes to five law firms. On Nov. 30, the JAMS arbitration panel awarded the lawyers a percentage of the $665 million Davis authorized to pay back California drivers whom the state unfairly taxed.
