Crystal Ball Shows More Web Work, Less Internet CLE

SAN FRANCISCO - There's nothing like the New Year to inspire people to indulge in fortunetelling. In keeping with this oracular practice, we have decided to engage in a little year-end divination ourselves. Because it's their peak season and the usual palm readers and fortunetellers are otherwise engaged, we asked high-tech lawyers instead to provide us with some fearless forecasting (a.k.a. pure speculation) in the field of intellectual property and Internet law.
