SAN FRANCISCO - Burnham "Ham" Enersen, name partner in the San Francisco firm McCutchen Doyle Brown & Enersen, has died at age 95. Enersen, whose association with the firm lasted 70 years, died in his sleep on Dec. 21. Colleagues said he'd remained mentally sharp despite his failing health during recent years.
