Officials Release Heir Of Max Factor Fortune
LOS ANGELES - Authorities on Thursday released from custody an heir to the Max Factor fortune while he awaits a Jan. 17 preliminary hearing on charges he drugged and raped three women.
Last Friday, the 2nd District Court of Appeal reduced Andrew Luster's $10 million bail to $1 million. Bail was posted on his behalf late Wednesday.
