LOS ANGELES - A Honduran woman charges in a recently filed lawsuit that Rafael A. Perez, the former Los Angeles Police Department officer at the center of the Rampart corruption scandal, intimidated her into selling cocaine for him and used her apartment to stash money and drugs.
