ACLU Jumps Into Fight Against Proposition 21

SAN DIEGO - The American Civil Liberties Union jumped into the fight Friday against Proposition 21, a voter-approved initiative that allowed prosecutors to charge a group of teens as adults with the hate-crime beatings of five elderly farm workers.
