Agilent Technologies Inc. is purchasing Objective Systems Integrators Inc. for $665 million. Palo Alto's Agilent Technologies, which spun off from Hewlett-Packard Co. in 1999, is a technology company serving businesses in the communications, electronics, life sciences and health care industries.
