Latham & Watkins: FINANCE SPECIALIST TO HEAD SAN DIEGO OFFICE
As of Nov. 1, Latham & Watkins finance and real estate partner Bruce Shepherd became the firm's San Diego office managing partner. He will replace Pat Newell, a 15-year veteran of the position who will spend the rest of this month easing his way out of the firm. He had been office managing partner longer than anybody in any of the firm's 16 international offices.
