Couple Files Lawsuit Over Lost Embryos
SANTA ANA - A couple has filed a lawsuit against an Orange County fertility clinic, claiming that it deprived them of having children by losing or mishandling more than a dozen of their embryos.
In a suit filed Monday against the Werlin Zarutskie Fertility Center, Caren and Dean Gaubatz contend that the clinic lost eight of their embryos.
