Feds Get OK to Use Leg Traps

SAN FRANCISCO - A voter-approved ban on leg-hold traps in California does not apply to federal wildlife managers who are trying to protect endangered species and other animals, such as waterfowl, from predators, a federal judge has held, disappointing animal rights advocates.
