On Nov. 14, Sirius XM was hit with a difficult-to-tune-out court ruling in favor of the 1960s rock band the Turtles in a dispute over royalties for pre-1972 sound recordings. The court rejected Sirius XM's summary judgment motion, continuing the $100 million copyright infringement lawsuit.
