Edison taps renewable energy expert as next general counsel

Project finance attorney Adam S. Umanoff will move from Akin Gump to take the top legal spot at Edison International in January.

Adam S. Umanoff, a heavyweight in the world of renewable energy project finance, has been tapped as the next executive vice president and general counsel for Rosemead-based Edison International Co.
