Former State Bar president threatens to sue over leaked report
An attorney representing former President Luis J. Rodriguez sent a letter to the bar Board of Trustees demanding an investigation into who leaked a copy of an internal investigative report to the press.

An attorney for former State Bar President Luis J. Rodriguez on Tuesday sent a letter to the State Bar's Board of Trustees demanding an investigation into who leaked a copy of an internal investigative report to the media.
The letter from Robert C. Baker of Baker, Keener & Nahra also demanded "a full and public apology immediately" and appears to threaten legal action.
