Persistent Systems appoints general counsel
Software company Persistent Systems looked to Greenberg Traurig shareholder Thomas Klein, its longtime outside counsel, to fill its first general counsel role in North America.

Persistent Systems Ltd. has appointed its first general counsel and senior vice president of corporate development. Thomas "Tom" Klein joined the software company from Greenberg Traurig LLP's East Palo Alto office, where he started as a partner in 2009.
