LETTER: Clearing up facts in Malibu sign debacle

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR COLUMN

The Nov. 6 article "Malibu voters limit formula retail development, setting stage for legal battles" states that Preserve Malibu, represented by my law firm, is "seeking legal action against the [Malibu] city manager's office for violating the First Amendment by allegedly removing 'Yes on Measure R' signs in public and private spaces in October."
