State attorney general joins whistleblower suit against BP for inflating prices

SAN FRANCISCO - Attorney General Kamala Harris has joined a lawsuit against BP PLC, alleging in San Francisco County Superior Court that the oil giant illegally inflates the price of natural gas sold in California.
