Mayer Brown LLP wins case against daughter of Hong Kong magnate

After four years of litigation, Mayer Brown won a summary judgment ordering the daughter of prominent Hong Kong property developer Chen Din Hwa to repay with interest a $33 million loan issued by its client, Rostack Investments.

After four years of litigation, attorneys at Mayer Brown LLP on Wednesday won summary judgment ordering Angela C. Sabella, the daughter of prominent Hong Kong property developer Chen Din Hwa, to repay with interest a $33 million loan issued by its client, Rostack Investments.
