Lawyers appointed to state agencies

Gov. Jerry Brown has announced the appointments of two lawyers to in-house positions for the state.

Gov. Jerry Brown has announced the appointments of two lawyers to in-house positions at state agencies.


Thomas Gibson was appointed general counsel of the California Natural Resources Agency and Stephen Lau was appointed assistant general counsel at the California Department of Business Oversight.
