'Turtles' case making waves across music industry

A federal court ruling this fall against Sirius XM Radio Inc. in a copyright lawsuit brought by Flo & Eddie, lead vocalists of the '60s pop band The Turtles, is beginning to rock an already fragile music industry.

A federal court ruling this fall against Sirius XM Radio Inc. in a copyright lawsuit brought by Flo & Eddie, lead vocalists of the '60s pop band The Turtles, is beginning to rock an already fragile music industry. It triggered a follow-up suit on almost identical grounds against Pandora Media Inc. and yet a second judgment against New York-based Sirius XM in Los Angeles Superior Court.
