No agreement reached in 9th Circuit Chief Judge Kozinski's objections to settlement

A bid to settle 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge Alex Kozinski's objections to a settlement involving electric car batteries has failed, a mediator reported in a Friday court filing.

A bid to settle 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge Alex Kozinski's objections to a settlement involving electric car batteries has failed, a mediator reported in a Friday court filing.


Retired U.S. Magistrate Judge Edward Infante of JAMS wrote that a June mediation session that included Kozinski and his wife, Marcy Tiffany, and four followup calls, did not resolve the dispute.
