In a recent case, Goldcrest Film Distribution III LTD sued Marenberg's client Summit Distribution LLC because of an accounting dispute from the collaboration between the companies on the first "Twilight" film. This year, Marenberg secured a judge's dismissal of the breach of contract suit.
