ACC names Orange County lawyer to head its board

The Association of Corporate Counsel announced the installment of a new board chairman for 2015: John Page, Irvine-based Golden State Foods Corp.'s chief legal officer.

Irvine-based Golden State Foods Corp. Senior Vice President, Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer and Chief Legal Officer John Page has taken over as board chairman of the Association of Corporate Counsel.


He replaced Royal Bank of Canada Executive Vice President and General Counsel David Allgood in the chairman role last week after serving as vice chairman.
