Arizona Judge Nominated to 9th Circuit

After tapping a controversial California law professor for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, President Barack Obama has returned to a more conventional approach by nominating U.S. District Judge Mary H. Murguia to the circuit.

WASHINGTON - After tapping a controversial California law professor for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, President Barack Obama has returned to a more conventional approach by nominating an Arizona federal judge to the circuit.
